Confidential, pay what you can afford 45 min yoga class. Welcoming, very friendly class that also also helps calm nervous system, body and mind. Trauma informed practice too for those who may have Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms. Yoga mat and equipment provided. Please bring a blanket to get extra cosy in relaxation.
