Everyone comes to yoga for something different. It may be strengthening, mindfulness, connecting to breath, embodying your body and honing your intuition, in busy times were likely to be running around on auto pilot.
We really need to keep that connection to our true essence
, our senses, what our body needs. To prevent illness, to be able to listen to the signals in our bodies.
Our body tells us what we need before our mind does.
Magical.
In a world where individualism and loneliness are rife, its crucial we connect as much as possible, having frequent rituals we can look forward to.
My classes are not just about yoga and the individual, they are about finding connections on and off our mats.
Like minded lovely people feeling comfortable and safe to do their own yoga, in a supportive space, thats what its all about!
